Andre Payne has over 20 years of construction experience across commercial and residential sectors. He serves President of Operations for A-Squared Renovations & Company’s construction division and is responsible for the overall leadership and growth of the construction development.
Before starting A-Squared Renovations , Andre was Senior Project Manager for numerous Construction Companies throughout the southeast with annual gross revenues in excess of $1B. As Senior Project Manager, he completed over $350M and 2.6M square feet of construction projects across a wide variety of industry sectors, including hospitality, apartment, senior living, student housing, office, warehouse, public works, industrial , and retail.
Andre has held several leadership roles. He was elected instructor of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters of Georgia in 2014 and is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce as well as the Atlanta Association of Realtors . He then integrated the company with real estate ownership and grew the business into a development company that has been profitable to date.
Shawn Pearsall
Shawn was born and raised in the inner-city streets of New York City. As a teen, he attended Alfred E. Smith High School where he studied Architectural Drafting. He attended New York City College of Technology, graduated with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Construction Management Technology. After college in 2001, he obtained positions for various Design Build Corporations as an Assistant Estimator, Chief Estimator, Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Field Engineer for the past 20 years. Now he resides in Atlanta and owns and operate a construction management company named MomsInc LLC. They provide services that manage Construction, Renovations, Budgeting, Scheduling, Inventory, and Facility Maintenance for past 10 years. He am also a Partner/ Estimator for A&P Cleaning Company a Residential and Commercial facility cleaning service past 3 years. He is a Partner/ Estimator /Project Manager for A-Squared Renovations a General Contractor for past 8 years. He also invests in distressed properties in under privileged communities which creates jobs, home-ownership opportunities and better living conditions.
